Booking & Payment

A signed contract and/or non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your session date.
Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed-upon date prior to or on the day of the session.
Prices are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until a session is booked and confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Retainers are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. One reschedule may be allowed at our discretion, subject to availability.
No-shows may result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Session Policies

Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time.
Creative style, editing, and final image selection are at the photographer’s professional discretion.
Specific poses, edits, or results are not guaranteed.

Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered digitally within the timeframe stated in your contract or booking confirmation.
Raw, unedited images are not provided.

Copyright & Usage

LXCUSIVES PHOTOGRAPHY LLC retains full copyright of all images.
Clients are granted a personal usage license to print and share images for personal, non-commercial use.
Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Model Release

By booking a session, clients grant LXCUSIVES PHOTOGRAPHY LLC permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and advertising purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss of images, or photographer illness, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or client cooperation.
